The Vows

Wedding vows are the most important part of the ceremony, besides the kiss, (Grrrr!). They give both parties the opportunity to look inside their hearts and express to their future spouse just how they feel. Angela will be going with the vows the minister has prepared. I, however, will be expressing my love for m' lady through song.

I'll start off singing to the tune of Karen Carpenter's Close to You (total classic):

Why does the Nard-dog think that you're so swell?
You're as beautiful as Milstein Hall at Cornell,
When I see you dress a kitten,
It makes me so smitten,
Angela, I love you!

Then slide into a rendition of Lovin' You:

I'm mar-ryin' you,
Because you are so punctual,
petite and true,
I can't wait 'til our honeymoon!

Ri-di-dit-dit-di-doo--- (Super high note) A---ngela!"

Then, when it comes time to swap rings and they ask me if I'll take Angela to be my lawfully wedded wife, I sing to the tune of I Will Always Love You by the IMMORTAL Whitney Houston:

And I--------E I-------------- E I---------- Do---- O-------- O------ O-----O--O!
